NAME OF ORGANIZATION:
Longview-Kelso Community Concert Association.
PURPOSE OF ORGANIZATION:
Provide high quality, live entertainment at a reasonable cost. To encourage young, local performers by providing complimentary tickets to concerts and master classes with the artists. .
AMOUNT OF REQUEST:
$2,000 as a Corporate Sponsor OR $200 for quarter page ad in each of four program for the season.
FOR WHAT WILL THE DONATION BE USED?
To enable us to afford a wider variety of artists or an additional concert (we now have four).
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY?
High quality offerings also improve the quality of life for those in our community and attract those considering this area for their home or the location of their business.
WHAT ARE THE PLANS FOR PUBLICITY?
The corporate sponsor will receive prominent full page ad in the program at the sponsored concert along with specific credit from the stage as it begins. This sponsor will also be listed as a corporate sponsor in each of the other programs during the season. .
Each sponsor/advertiser will be listed on our website.
The Daily News will be sent information for publication regarding each concert including the name of the sponsor.
For advertisers, quarter page ads will be shown in each program during the concert season. Ten (10) complimentary tickets will be given to each sponsor. Four (4) complimentary tickets will be given to each advertiser.
ESTIMATED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ATTENDING EACH CONCERT:
Approximately 400 per concert.
